A tool monitoring system of a machine tool is provided to monitor multiple shafts through a graphic user interface at the same. A tool monitoring system of a machine tool comprises a current detection sensor(100), a control module(200), and a monitoring unit(300). The current detection sensor is equipped in one side of a spindle motor of the processing shaft needing the cutting monitoring. The control module converts the output value of the current detection sensor into the digital value and receives the processing information from the PLC of the machine tool and calculates the monitoring state and monitoring information of the processing tool based on the output value of the current detection sensor and provides it to the PLC. The monitoring unit stores the processing procedure data based on the monitoring state and monitoring information provided from the control module and shoes the processing procedure in a graph and comprises a user operation unit for selection of the illustrated information.
