An artificial knee joint is provided, which can prevent dislocation in case of bending the knee and can induce more bending. An artificial knee joint comprises: a femur combining member(100) combined with the tibia bone side terminal of femur; a tibia bone combining member(300) combined with the femur side terminal of the tibia bone; and a bearing member(500) positioned between the tibia bone combining member and the femur combining member. The bearing member comprises the post(570) in which the rearward curvature part is formed. The femur combining member includes a cap in which the post contact curvature part consisting of the curvature corresponding to the rearward curvature part is formed.
