A packing box is provided to simplify the structure by allowing a front plate and a back plate to be engaged by an engagement hole without using an engaging piece. A packing box comprises the inner accommodation space formed by front plate(600), a back plate, a side board, an upper plate(400), and a lower plate(100), wherein at least one of the front plate and the back plate are opened. An assistant plate extended and bent from the one end of the upper plate is laminated at the lower part of the upper plate with an interval with the upper plate, and an engagement hole is formed between the upper plate and the assistant plate, thereby allowing the front and back plates to be inserted into the engagement hole in case of the closing the front and back plates.
