A food poisoning index instrument is provided to allow scientific control of food by converting positioning index into Arabic numbers. The temperature and humidity of a food management environment are input through an electronic accessory sensor. A matrix value is inputted to the memory based on the correlation of the humidity and temperature. The index is read according to input value from the electronic accessory sensor, and the food poisoning index is displayed. The poisoning index is composed of 4 steps and the food decay time is expressed. |
