PATTERNING METHOD OF BIOMOLECULES ONTO POLYMERIC MATERIALS BY RADIATION

摘要

A bio-molecular pattern formation method on the polymer material is provided, which makes application to various kinds of bio-molecules possible. The radiation is irradiated and the surface of the polymer material is selectively activated. The functional monomer is graft polymerized in the selectively activated surface of polymer. The bio-molecular is introduced to the polymer material in which the functional monomer is graft polymerized and pattern is formed. The polymer material is selected from the group consisting of polyolefin-group polymer material, fluoro-polymer material, polyimide system polymer material, polyester group polymer material, and silicon polymer material.
