A plasma display panel is provided to easily form a bubble around an electrode by forming a black layer having a width narrower than a width of the electrode. A first electrode(103) and a second electrode(102) are arranged on a front substrate(101). A rear substrate(111) is faced with the front substrate. An address electrode(113) which intersects with the first electrode and the second electrode is arranged on the rear substrate. A top dielectric layer(104) for filling the first electrode and the second electrode is arranged on a top part of the front substrate. A protecting layer(105) for facilitating a discharge condition is arranged on the top dielectric layer. A bottom dielectric layer(115) is arranged on a rear substrate. |
