An automatic voltage regulator is provided to obtain various output voltages by forming a field winding on a field winding and selectively supplying voltage. A main winding is connected to an input terminal, and the other end is connected to the output terminal. A field winding is excited by the main winding, and a first switch part(3) selectively connects one end of a main field winding to a reference potential and the one of the output terminal selectively. An auxiliary filed winding(4a-4d) is excited by the main filed winding, and a second switch part(5a-5d) connects the plural auxiliary filed windings with the main filed winding in series electrically. |
