A slab form apparatus is provided to cut down the input expenses of a slab form. A slab form apparatus comprises plural slab forms(100), a middle beam(200) supporting the slab form, and a pillar(300). The slab form comprises plural vertical support beams(102) connecting adjacent pillars or adjacent middle beams, plural horizontal support beams(104) coupled to the bottom of the vertical support beams to connect the adjacent support beams, and a horizontal plate located on the upper part of the vertical support beams.
