A synthetic method of tris-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)amine is provided to lower harmfulness during a synthesis process by using a solvent which is easy to handle and lowers toxicity, and to minimize energy required for making the reactant to a low temperature state. A synthetic method of tris-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)amine comprises dissolving 0.02 mole of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-hydroxybenzyl chloride in 100 mL of non-polar solvent, and gradually dropping the polar solvent in the solution at a temperature of 5 °C; stirring the reactant at a room temperature for 4 hours to obtain orange-red precipitate; and washing the orange-red precipitate with water(100 mL) and non-polar solvent(50 mL) to bleach the precipitate.
