METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING PHASE USING DIGITAL ELECTRONIC SPECKLE INTERFEROMETER

A method for measuring phase using digital electronics speckle interference and a system for the same are provided to supply the 3D phase information by amending the phase-inversion unit through the gradient information of the phase-inversion unit in which the noise is removed. A method for measuring phase using digital electronics speckle interference comprises: a step of obtaining a first wrapping topology map using the laser beam irradiating to a measuring object(1101); a step of obtaining a second wrapping topology map by removing the noise about the first wrapping topology map; a step of recording the phase-inversion unit as the circle phase-inversion unit by extracting the phase-inversion unit from the obtained second wrapping topology map(1102); a step of phase-shifting of the second wrapping topology map(1103); a step of producing a third wrapping topology map by performing a second noise removal at the circle phase shifter(1104); and a step of restoring 3D phase about the measuring object from the third wrapping topology map(1105).
