A tissue sample array apparatus by punching a tissue sample is provided to perform repeat process of tissue sample in recipient block and improve accuracy and efficiency. A tissue sample array apparatus comprises: a base(2) on a plate; a support which is protruded upward on one side of base; an operation which is extended to longitudinal direaction; a punching device(8) which arrays a tissue sample on the recipient block; a guide unit(10) which is placed on the loer side of longitudinal direction; a guide ping(12) providing elasticity; and a handle(14) which is movable upward and downward.
