HYDRAULIC PRESSURE MOLDING METHOD AND MOLDING DEVICE USING BACKPRESSURE

A hydraulic pressure molding method and a molding device using backpressure are provided to achieve crack prevention and precise molding of plate materials by supplying molding oil and back pressure oil to the upper and lower dies and discharging the back pressure oil from the top die while pressing the plate materials with the molding oil. A hydraulic pressure molding method using backpressure comprises placing a plate material(4) on the upper part of a lower die(10), making an upper die(8) and the lower die contact by a lifting unit(20), supplying pressure oil into the upper and lower dies through a molding pressure operating unit(12) and a back pressure operating unit(16), driving the molding pressure operating unit with increased output to shape the plate material as the molding oil moves toward the upper die and the back pressure oil returns to the back pressure operating unit, stopping the molding and back pressure operating units while returning the pressure oils, and separating a molded product by driving the lifting unit again to raise the upper die.
