A connector device for a fluorescent lamp having a floating control mechanism is provided to restrict floating when mounting a fluorescent lamp and enable floating after mounting the fluorescent lamp, thereby stabilizing mounting of the fluorescent lamp and coping with thermal expansion and contraction of the fluorescent lamp. An operation housing(40) operates according to movement of a fluorescent lamp. A fixing housing(70) supports the operation housing to be floated in longitudinal direction. A mounting member(20) is mounted on the operation housing. The mounting member fixes a lead line to a terminal(90). The operation housing comprises the first lock unit preventing floating about the fixing housing of the operation housing. The fixing housing comprises the second lock unit preventing floating about the fixing housing of the operation housing.
