FLAME RETARDANT COMPOSITION FOR POROUS MATERIALS

A flame retardant composition for porous materials is provided to ensure easy supply of raw materials, excellent heat resistance, and excellent adhesion, and not to be decomposed in air. A flame retardant composition for porous materials comprises ammonium sulfamate 10-30 parts by weight, inorganic salt 0.5-8 parts by weight and water 100.0 parts by weight. The water-soluble inorganic salt comprises one kind or more selected from carbonates of alkali metal and bicarbonates of alkali metal. The alkali metal is one kind or more selected from sodium and potassium.
