A screen input practice providing system is provided to register a more efficient method as a new answer through the approval of an administrator, thereby improving a transaction process. An interface providing unit(110) produces or extracts, and provides a predetermined question registration interface screen. An information receiving unit(115) receives log-in information, question registration information, and a whole question registration sentence. An authentication processing unit processes staff authentication corresponding to the received log-in information. A whole sentence header processor(125) processes the question registration information and output whole sentence data to be stored in a scenario DB(145) or a dedicated management DB(140). An information storage unit(130) stores the question registration information in the scenario DB and stores the output whole sentence data.
