A smart card is provided to block the leaked possibility of information by making the power supply to an IC chip performed only when a user operates a switch. In an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip(10), the first contact point and the second contact point are formed. A coil part(20) comprises the first and second coil units. One end of the first coil unit is connected to the first contact point. One end of the second coil unit is connected to the second contact point. A switch part(30) is connected to the other ends of the first and second coil units, connects the first and second coil units in a powered-on state, and interrupts the connection between the first and second coil units in a powered-off state. |
