An anticancer drug which diagnoses and treats of cancer is provided to reduce side effect of cardiac toxicity and improve anticancer effect with excellent targeting. An anticancer drug for diagnosing and treating cancer comprises a polymer of the chemical formula 1 in which terminal is functionalized. In the chemical formula 1, R is methyl, normal butyl(n-butyl), sec-butyl, tert-butyl or methoxy, n is integer of 10-500. The anticancer drug further comprises ferric oxide and doxorubicine or pharmaceutically allowable salt. The anticancer drug has micelle structure and forms 30-200 nm size of nanoparticle. The weight ratio of polymer, ferric oxide, doxorubicin or pharmaceutically allowable salt is 9.37~50:3.12~20:1. The cancer is solid cancer, primary cancer or metastatic cancer. |
