FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to bakery industry. The first invention object provides for isolated chewing gum, containing at least one inner filler, surrounded by chewing gum material not containing sugar. Mentioned chewing gum contains anti-agglutinative agent which helps to prevent sticking of chewing gum together and to the equipment. Mentioned isolated chewing gum has cover which at least partly encapsulates mentioned isolated chewing gum and mentioned anti-agglutinative agent. Second and third invention objects provide for isolated chewing gum production method, including stages of sugar-non-containing chewing gum substance binder (or free from sugar), containing inner filler extraction from extruder to forming device. Mentioned forming device, forms and cuts mentioned isolated chewing gum binder continuously. Anti-agglutinative agent is continuously put on mentioned binder after mentioned extrusion at least simultaneously or before mentioned forming and cutting.
