FIELD: objects of private use. ^ SUBSTANCE: pruner tool contains cutter bar, including counter-knife, side and located between them cutting blade with ability of its linear displacement relative to counter-knife, and power mechanism of cutting blade. Power mechanism is implemented in the form of couple of spring-load force levers, pivotally connected to cutter bar. Counter-knife and side are rigidly connected to each other by force joint pin, on which it is pivotally fixed one of couple of force levers. At the same force joint pin between side wall and counter-knife it is installed movable lengthwise it cutting blade, on field of which in the middle part it is implemented long slot. The second force lever by means of other force joint pin is connected to one of ends of cutting blade with ability of its linear displacement relative to counter-knife and side wall, on corresponding ends of which there are implemented identical long slots for pin of other force joint. On running end of cutting blade it is implemented blade with one-sided grinding, edge of which forms acute angle with one of lengthwise side edge of cutting blade. At the end of counter-knife, adjoined to blade of cutting lip, it is implemented selection for cutting object, enveloping its surface in shear area for value 3/4 of cross-section perimetre. Under the blade of cutting lip from the backside between counter-knife and side-wall it is rigidly fixed supporting pin. End of counter-knife is out of limits of sorting for cutting object is implemented in the form of wedge. Running ends of force levers are pivotally connected to each other by common pin, bearing pin spring. ^ EFFECT: structure provides exclusion of cross-sectional area deformation of cutting object in cut area, to enlarge functional capabilities, to increase manufacturability and maintainability. ^ 4 dwg |
