A safety diagnosis system for bridge deck is provided to minimize malfunction by keeping the system from operating by an external force except for the load of bridge deck. A safety diagnosis system for bridge deck comprises a body(110) which is fixed to the top of a bridge post, a compression plate(120) to be bent when the deck is deformed, a plurality of reaction switches(130) which sense the deformation of the surface contact part between the deck and the compression plate and transmits as signal, a sensing circuit(140) transmitting the signal to an administrator terminal, and the administrator terminal indicating the operation state of the reaction switches. The reaction switch is composed of a case(210) electrically connected to the sensing circuit, a reaction ball(220) which moves in the surface contact part between the compression plate and the deck when the deck is deformed, a first spring(230) which is built in a first induction groove(211) to deliver an elastic force to the reaction ball, and a second spring which is built in a second induction groove to provide an elastic force for a connection terminal.
