FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, particularly, to bee farming, and can be implemented in process of producing bee-bread. The method consists in separating granules of bee-bread from wax particles out of wax-bee-bread mass through a sieve. Convective drying is carried out at the end of the process with granules of bee-bread left on the sieve. Further after separation these particles are directed to a drying chamber. ^ EFFECT: if producing bee-bread in form of integral granules at amount of 84-86% from total mass of bee-bread in honeycomb, also impurity of bee-bread with wax particles does not exceed 2%. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
