FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: disconnector refers to oil and gas industry and can be implemented for disconnecting suspended columns with supporting columns in main and secondary boreholes of wells at their lowering and securing and also for carrying out operations in earlier bored wells with seal failure of producing column. The disclosed invention is increased reliability at lowering, cementing and disconnecting of column of supporting and lowered pipes, including pipes of small diametre and any designation in a required interval of the well, as far as disconnection of lowered and supporting columns is carried out by loading of assembly of supporting pipes onto a disclosed disconnecter with a force equal to a shear force of shear screws assembled on the disconnecter due to arrangement of grooves and due to connecting them with an inclined channel, which facilitates outlet of the lock of a lower coupling of the disconnector on the lowered column from the grooves in the upper coupling of the disconnector; also the upper coupling of the disconnector is tied with the supporting column; further disconnecting is carried out owing to sliding of the lock along the inclined channel under effect of weight of the supporting column and shutting an entry into the inclined channel and a closed groove with a shutter, due to conjugating of the lock on the lower coupling with opened grooves on the upper coupling and due to disconnecting column without rotation of the supporting column. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability at lowering, cementing and disconnecting of column of supporting and lowered pipes. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
