The invention relates to water supply, in particular to methods of control of operation modes of electric pump units of pump stations that perform water supply to main pipelines of water supply systems of built-up areas; in the method one performs diagnostics of electric consumption of group of connected in parallel electric pump units of pump station, at that one determines value of pressure in main pipeline at stable decrease of water consumption, on basis of that to decrease pressure and power consumption one performs optimization of modes of operation of electric pump units of pump station, in that process one changes set of electric pump units of pump station through partial or total replacement of those, according to the invention determined pressure value Рin main pipeline at stable decreased water consumption is compared to value of normal pressure Pin main pipeline at normal water consumption and I case of stable change of water consumption one performs total or partial replacement of electric motors of electric pump units, that for one first determines number of revolutions of the shaft n, rev/min of replacement electric motors of electric pump units at decreased water consumption by formula (1); by result obtained none determines head Н, m, of electric pump units at changed water consumption by formula (2); after that one determines productivity Q, m/h, of electric pump units at changed water consumption by formula (3); and then one determines power N, kW, of electric pump units at changed water consumption by formula (4); after that one chooses electric motors of electric pump units with closest standard values of power (N) and number of revolutions of shaft (n), at installation of which there are provided optimal productivity (Q), head (H) and pressure (Р) in main pipeline of water supply system at stable changed water consumption. The technical result is in provision of optimal energy consumption of pump station at stable change of water consumption in water supply system. |
