The invention relates to metallurgy and concerns the method for producing manufacture of articles made of the titanium-based composition. An article is prepared by furnishing at least one nonmetallic compound-precursor, wherein all nonmetallic compounds-procursors contain the constituent elements. The compounds-precursors are chemically reduced without melting with formation of titanium-base material having titanium boride particles, and then it is consolidated. |
