The invention relates to methods for obtaining of dietary supplements, in particular, of dietary supplements from animal raw material, namely, from badger fat. A method for obtaining of dietary supplement from badger fat comprises the preliminary obtaining of fat mass from badger carcase. Then badger fat is heated on water bath not longer than to 40 ?С, passed through heat-exchange capillary column during 0.1 - 20 seconds with achievement of the temperature at column outlet of 170 ?С. After that its cooling is carried out at ambient temperature. A method for obtaining of epidemiologically safe dietary supplement from badger fat is developed. |
