A method for production of cognac beverage comprises the preparation of cognac by blending of cognac alcohol with the addition of sugar syrup and softened water, which are preliminarily prepared, filtering of cognac blend and directing to the rest. The prepared cognac, ethyl rectified alcohol, extraction or fragrance, sugar syrup and coler are used at the blending of cognac beverage. Then the blend is treated by cold followed by the filtration at the cooling temperature. Prior to the bottling of the blend beverage its control filtration is carried out. |
