The valve (1) has flaps (5, 6) arranged in an air inlet lane (2) and a recirculated gas outlet lane (3) of the valve, respectively. Control and actuation units of the flaps pivotingly drive the flaps with respect to one another at opening and closing positions of the lanes. The actuating units are controlled by the control unit, and actuate the flaps along a time lag. A shaft (14) of a continuous current motor (7) of the control unit is connected to a drive pinion (8) of an intermediate toothed wheel (9) carrying a peripheral tooth (10) and a central tooth (11) of the actuating units.
