FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to maxillofacial surgery and can be used for elimination of deformation of an auricle of congenital character, and also defects of one or both ears which have resulted a trauma and burns on the face, oncologic and other surgical interventions. The essence of a way consists in use of a temporoparietal fascial flap, a skeleton of an auricle and split autodermotransplants. Thus as an auricle skeleton is used a silicon implant, repeating the form and a relief of an auricle which is fixed to a periosteum of a mastoid of a temporal bone. The temporoparietal fascial flap is found under the auricle form at a parity of a temporoparietal fascial flap and the silicon implant 1.5-2.5:1, taking into account that the postaural cord is formed by an upper-back flap part, and the ear lobule by the upper-frontal flap part, by a zigzag cut in temporoparietal area, from below cut border is a point of the basis of a curl of a formed auricle, ahead - a line of growth of hair, and behind - occipital area. The created temporoparietal fascial flap overturns downwards and silicon implant is covered so that its upper-back the part is covered forward and back surface of the implant. The split autodermotransplants, from the back surface of a healthy auricle are fixed on a forward surface of a formed auricle, from a rump are fixed on a back surface of the auricle. ^ EFFECT: use of the given invention allows creating a high-grade auricle, a postaural cord and an ear lobule. ^ 1 ex, 4 dwg |
