FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: metre of car axle-box parametres includes body in the form of hollow bolt screwed into standard fastening unit in axle-box, temperature detector, which is tightly adjacent to internal wall of bolt, bolt fixing cover, two-wire power supply line, and also additionally contains vibration overload detector inside bolt, which is rigidly fixed at bolt bottom, printed circuit board with electronic circuit installed on it with two independent inputs. Vibration overload detector and temperature detector are connected to independent inputs of mentioned electronic circuit, which specifies discrete mode of their measurements and generates measurement packages transmitted along two-wire power supply line of electronic circuit with rate of detectors interrogation, which is determined by speed of two-wire line supply polarity switch-over. ^ EFFECT: it becomes possible to early detect criteria of axle-box failures. ^ 4 dwg |
