摘要

The invention relates to substituted 3-(2'-aminophenyl)-1,2,4-triazine-5(4H)-ones of formula I which is used for the preparation of novel compounds containing carbonyl group in 5 position of 1,2,4-triazine; can be used as constructing units for the synthesis of unknown bioactive substances with directional pharmacological action; are prepared at domestic industrial chemico-pharmaceutical enterprises using standard equipment, are synthesized of available initial reactants and have low toxicity of initial substances and end products.
