FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to analysis of medicines and can be used in pharmaceutical chemistry to determine adulteration of sedatives based on natural components, e.g. Corvalol, Valocordin, Valoserdin with applying a piezoelectric sensor array. There is offered method of determination of adulteration of sedatives based on natural oils with applying a piezoelectric sensor array. Specified method involves application of a gas analyser with 6 piezoelectric sensors all electrodes of which are coated from both sides with Triton X-100 films, polyethylene glycol 2000 (PEG-2000), polyethylene glycol adipate (PEGa), polyethylene glycol succinate (PEGs), polyethylene glycol sebacate (PEGsb), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) of weight 15-25 mkg; alternate attaching of the filmed piezoelectric sensors in a holder on the gas analyser cover and placing into in a detecting cell; checking of removal integrity of free solvents concerning stability of oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric sensors; sampling of liquid 1.0 cm3 or solid crushed agent 1.0 g the to be placed into a hermetically sealed weighing bottle; sampling with a syringe of equilibrium gas phase 2 cm3 over the agent; injection thereof into a case of the gas analyser with six piezoelectric sensors; recording of signals from all the piezoelectric sensors within 3 minutes and related radar plotting "visual copy"; comparison of "visual copy" and reference data bank. If geometry of "visual copy" matches by 80% and more, structure of analysed test and reference are considered to be identical. The offered method allows determining adulteration of sedatives including dilution and replacement of natural components with the artificial ones; improving sensitivity and expressiveness of the analysis, reducing its time and cost due to repeated application of the sensors. ^ EFFECT: ensured possibility to determine adulteration of sedatives including dilution and replacement of natural components with the artificial ones; improving sensitivity and expressiveness of the analysis, reducing its time and cost due to repeated application of the sensors. ^ 1 ex, 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
