A method for production of liquid sugar comprises the stage of sugar solution from water for wetting and sugar-containing natural juice, regulation of pH level of said sugar solutionwithin the limits of 1.0-2.0 with obtaining of inverted juice, filtration and discoloration of said inverted juice with obtaining of sugar syrup; demineralization of sugar suryp, evaporation of demineralized sugar syrup and cooling of sugar syrup with the obtaining of liquid sugar.
