The method involves dividing a separation space (13) into two distinct sectors. One sector (16) adjoins an outer partition element (11) and another sector (17) adjoins an inner partition element (12). The sector (16) is separated from the sector (17) in an airtight manner, using a separation structure (19) having air tight film (20), where the film is thermally insolent, and is reflecting on one of sides. The film is coated with aluminum layer on one of the sides. An independent claim is also included for a construction made with thermally insolent walls.
