Polycapillary former of bunch of X-ray radiation according to fig. 1 is arranged of glass strip (1) on one side of which by means of photo-lithography and etching grooves (2) are formed with depth and width that determine cross dimension of capillary, and the grooves themselves are arranged across the strip at its whole length, at that distance between the grooves is equal to thickness of strip in area of bottom of groove and the strip that is laid, for instance winded, in many layers looks like cylinder with height equal to width of the strip. |
