The present invention refers to compositions acting as a liquid-organic food supplement based on natural seeds and extracts applied in a food and dietary supplement or the like to provide a proper nourishment which is environmentally friendly and helpful for the users health. The inventive composition comprises from about 0% to about 15% of seeds; from about 0.5% to about 5% of herbs; from about 0.5% to about 5% of aloe vera; from about 0.0001% to about 1.5% of enzymes; from about 0% to about 5% of sodium lauryl ether sulfate; from about 0.000% to about 1.5% of menthol, and from about 15% to about 90% of water.
