Bearing support of drill bit includes at least one pad with pin, roller-cutter, peripheral conical roller bearing installed to axial limit stop between the roller cutter and the pin through intermediate bushing, installed and connected to roller cutter at side of base of pin, end radial bearing at the end of the pin and axial bearing between the end of the pin and the roller, cavity of bearing chamber is tightened with gasket between the roller cutter and the pin. According to the invention geometrical axes of the rollers of peripheral bearing intersect with geometrical axis of pin at side opposite to the end of the pin. Increased resistance to loads on roller cutter from well drilled is achieved with exclusion of two-side loading at the ends of the rollers. |
