FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to boring equipment, particularly, to hydraulic deflectors. It can be implemented for cutting "openings" in walls of a casing column after preliminary securing a unit support of the device in the well. The device consists of a wedge-deflector with inclined working surface and the support unit including a cylinder hollow case with holes for screw-thread die, a guiding-expanding element with a guiding part, which continuously transits into an expanding part; also ribs of the expanding part have lugs for screw-thread dies. The screw-thread dies have a slot corresponding to T-shaped lug on inclined surface of the expanding part of the guiding-expanding element. In the upper part of the case of the support unit a hydraulic chamber is formed with a circular boring, wherein a locking unit is installed; the locking unit includes a hollow bushing-cartridge, a locking case with the expanding element, a circular stop with rods on it and a spring-loaded ball. Working surface contacting the ball has either continuous conic surface, or surface of alternate cross-section: conic surface in the lower part transiting to convex surface in the upper part. Radius of curvature of convex surface in the point of contact with the ball is equal or less, than sum of radii of the cylinder guide of the guiding-expanding element and doubled radius of the spring-loaded ball. This design facilitates reliable "ball lock" due to adhesion constituent of adjacent surfaces contact and eliminates accidental upward displacement of the guiding-expanding element, thus increasing reliability of fixation of the device on the walls of the casing column. ^ EFFECT: facilitating reliable "ball lock" due to adhesion constituent of adjacent surfaces contact and eliminates accidental upward displacement of guiding-expanding element, thus increasing reliability of fixation of device on walls of casing column. ^ 8 dwg |
