A method of manufacturing castings with differentiated structure and properties consists in simultaneous or sequential continuous or with temporary endurance filling through two independent (autonomous) gating systems of one initial (basic) melt into the foundry mold with preliminarily installed special partition, which prevents mixing the different alloys, which are poured into the foundry mold. In the case the basic liquid metal, which fills one part of the casting, enters the foundry mold through the channels of the first gating system, where the melt is subject to intra-mold working by powdery, fine dispersed grainy, granulated or briquetted modifier, master alloy or another additive contained in the foundry mold in the channels of the first gating system on the path of motion of liquid metal toward one part of the casting, while another part of the casting cavity is filled up through the channels of the second independent (autonomous), independent from the first gating system, where the melt is subject to intra-mold working by another modifier with different functional designation in comparison with the first powdery, fine dispersed grainy, granulated or briquetted modifier, master alloy or another additive contained in the foundry mold in the channels of the second independent gating system on the path of motion of liquid metal toward another part of the casting. |
