A recliner for a vehicle seat is provided to prevent a seat back whose angle is controlled from being shaken around a rotary shaft of the seat back. A recliner for a vehicle seat comprises: a gear rim(10) in which a fixing hole(100) is punched in the center; a guide plate(11) coupled on the front of the gear rim; a lever rotation shaft(12) passing through the fixing hole of the gear rim and guide plate; a cam in which a power transmission protrusion(130) is protruded; a pair of elastic members(18) elastically supporting the end part of a supporting protrusion(131); a main control disc(16) in which an inner guide hole(161) is punched; a pair of lock gears(15) being coupled between faced guide blocks(110) with sliding; and a pair of lock gear support members(14) being interposed between the cam and the lock gear.
