A method for conditioning tomato seeds, in which washed seeds is processed on a centrifuge up to humidity of 33-34.1% for 5 min, than seeds are put into a drying chamber, where air is pumped by a fan. Due to effect of air flow, heated to 40-45 °С the seeds are dried and begin to move circle-wise and are grinded due to friction on walls of the drying chamber. At that two operations are performed - drying and grinding seeds, exposure of the process makes 40 min. |
