FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for production of high quality dietary supplement, which can be consumed as prophylactic drug or used for production of functional food products. Dietary supplement with hypolipidemic properties is a powder from tomato refuses.
