<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent current from backflowing to a load due to variations in rise and fall times to stationary outputs of a plurality of power units. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of power units 1 to 3 are supplied with a commercial AC power supply 11, outputs from the power units 1 to 3 are short-circuited by switches 22 and 23, and the short-circuits are cleared when the short-circuited outputs reach or exceed a fixed value. When either of the output reaches a value less than the fixed value when power supply from the commercial AC power supply 11 to the power units 1 to 3 is stopped, each output is short-circuited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
