PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunogenicity or vaccine composition which induces an immunological response against Newcastle disease to an avian host.

SOLUTION: This composition contains a nucleic acid molecule having a sequence to code a Newcastle disease virus HN protein, a circular DNA plasmid to develop in vivo in an avian host cell, and a pharmaceutically permissible carrier. The circular plasmid may contain a nucleic acid molecule having a sequence to code a Newcastle disease virus F protein, and the composition may contain a nucleic acid molecule having a sequence to code a Newcastle disease virus F protein, and a second circular plasmid to develop in vivo in a host cell.
