PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic vapor deposition laminated body that has superior rigidity, heat resistance, flexibility, impact resistance, etc., that produces no separation, and that is suitably used for a food packaging container or the like, and also to provide a food packaging container made of this laminated body. SOLUTION: The metallic vapor deposition laminated body is obtained by forming a metallic vapor deposition layer on a polypropylene resin composition layer which contains the following (A) and (B) with a weight ratio (A)/(B) of 5/95-100/0. (A) propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer: (1) containing units derived from propylene in a quantity of 50-95 mol%, (2) having a melting point≤110°C or having no melting point peak observed at DSC, (3) having a limiting viscosity 0.1-12 dl/g, and (4) having a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn)≤3.0; and (B) polypropylene based resin having a melting point≥120°C.
