PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which can retain a negative pressure in a liquid chamber in communication with nozzles regardless of expansion and contraction of the air and ink in the recording head at the time of waiting for the recording action, and to provide an inkjet recorder and an inkjet recording method. SOLUTION: At the time of waiting for the recording action, the liquid chamber including a storage chamber 22Kr and an air chamber 66 is blocked from outside to form a sealed system blocked from the atmosphere except the nozzles 22Kn. Thereafter, the capacity in a closed space of a pressure holding mechanism 80 which communicates with the liquid chamber interior is increased and decreased according to a volume change of a fluid (air and ink) in the liquid chamber, whereby the negative pressure in the liquid chamber is retained.
