PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately correct an error of a request crankshaft torque. SOLUTION: In this control device, an estimated crankshaft torque Trq(k) is calculated (S101-S104) by using a vehicular acceleration, a vehicular weight, a running resistance (a rolling resistance of a wheel, a road surface inclination resistance, a wind pressure resistance and the like) and a torque ratio of a transmission. Then, using a moment I of inertia representing deviation of a detected crankshaft rotation speed Ne(k) of this time and an estimated crankshaft rotation speed Ne#(k) of this time and an inertia characteristic of the crankshaft, an estimated crankshaft rotation speed Ne#(k+1) of the next time is calculated (S105, S106). Then, the request crankshaft torque ReqTrq(k) corresponding to a current acceleration operation quantity and the like is calculated (S107) and a final request crankshaft torque is calculated (S108) by correcting the request crankshaft torque ReqTrq(k), based on the deviation of the detected crankshaft rotation speed Ne(k) and the estimated crankshaft rotation speed Ne#(k).
