Fluorinated polymers having first divalent units represented by formula:, and a plurality of groups of formula -CH2-CH2-O-. Compositions containing the fluorinated polymer and solvent, and methods of treating hydrocarbon- bearing formations using these compositions are disclosed. A method of making a composition containing the fluorinated polymer is also disclosed.
