A method for manufacturing environment-friendly water paint is provided to protect the health of residents and to maintain agreeable inner environment by not comprising organic and inorganic chemicals components which are harmful to the human body. A method for manufacturing environment-friendly water paint comprises the steps of: collecting muscovite; removing impurities by breaking muscovite to coarse particles, injecting the muscovite particles in a drying furnace, and then completely drying moisture by heating the particles at 600~700 °C; pulverizing the dried muscovite and sorting the particles with a sieve maintaining a particle size of 200 mesh or more to form fine muscovite powder; mixing aqueous paint 89~91 weight %, water 4~6 weight %, muscovite powder 2~4 weight %, methyl sulfonyl methane 0.9~1.1 weight %, citric acid 0.4~0.6 weight % and cypress wood powder 0.4~0.6 weight %; injecting the mixture in a mixer, rotating blades at high speed, and evenly mixing the mixture to become a gel state; and injecting the mixed water paint in a container and then sealing and packaging the paint. |
