PROBE PIN

Provided is a probe pin, in which an insulator having a conducting needle inserted at its center is enclosed at its outer circumference by external conductors arranged concentrically with the conducting needle, and through holes extending in the axial direction of the conducting needle are formed in the insulator. Preferably, the through holes are formed at a plurality of portions around the conducting needle. Thus, the probe pin can be used in a higher frequency range.
