<p>PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device is provided to increase the lifetime of a device by irradiating ultraviolet rays on an adhesive that is pressed into an inner of the device. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary metal electrode(M1) is formed on a region of an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) electrode(I). An encapsulating cap is attached on the region of the ITO electrode to which an adhesive has been applied. In a device region, a width of the auxiliary metal electrode is less than that of the ITO electrode. A length of the auxiliary metal electrode is defined by considering of viscosity of the adhesive and pressure applied to an encapsulating region(S). Preferably, the length of the auxiliary metal electrode is 150 micro-meter.</p> |
